Here’s the start to my new weekly post of my thrifting adventure finds!
I am a Thursday regular at Goodwill and this week I was worried when after 15 minutes I had only seen a couple items I liked but things turned around and I ended up with some super cute things!!
T-shirt – $0 Got it for free from a consignment shop I worked at because it had a hole in the side but I took in the sides and cut off the collar and now I wear it all the time!
Skirt – $1 I rarely am able to find dollar items that fit with no adjustment but this pleated wool skirt is perfect… you can’t see but it has buttons down the side.. How cute!
Belt – $1 This is my standby belt it seems to make it on a multitude of my outfits
Shoes – $5 I got these at a St. Helena op-shop and people probably think these are the only shoes I own because I wear them so often
Bag – $1 Ignore that this purse doesn’t match I just needed to work it into a picture in this post somehow
Total outfit cost = $8
I got this crocheted vest for a buck. I found the scarf but it didn’t have a price tag. I was curious about the price because I love the color of it so I went ahead and asked and the girl was so sweet and said I could have it for a buck! yay!
I’ll probably end up selling the red floral dress just because I don’t think I could sew it up without having the shoulders look like a football player. I plan on cutting up the black dress for two separate projects and obviously I couldnt resist the teal belt with a gold buckle.
So in total I spent less than $7 and got 7 awesome items!
