Not a boatload to say here… Im a nursing student who more wishes to stay home everyday immersed in a pile of fabric and buttons.

This is generally what i look like perched on my stool in front of my sewing machine just to give you an idea.

Hi! I just found your blog through Wardrobe Refashion. I love your style and how you’ve transformed so many hideous Goodwill finds into super cute, funky pieces. I will be starting nursing school in January, so we’ve got that in common. I’ve added your blog to my reader – can’t wait for more transformations!
u are tooooo cute!! i love ur blog. and i just read today that u are a nursing student. well, i am an MRI tech. im having a hard time wearing scrubs all day while i can make so many cute ‘street’ clothes. any ideas how to make my scrub attire more interesting w/o breaking uniform code??? just wondering! thanks astrid (astrid i like better than my real name- ira lee- just sayin)
Love the way you refashion things! I like to do the same thing, but you find such great ways to turn horrendous clothing into very cute and completely wearable items!:):) I’ve added you to my blog roll! Can’t wait to see what you do next!:)

desist. sewing is not supposed to look that cool.
I love your blog and all you updates on wardrobe refashion. I don’t know how you get all of those frumpy old things to look so cool! x
I LOVE your blog! you have inspired me to refashion some of my old clothes, only mine NEVER turn out as cute as yours do! Id love to see a tutorial of your remaking process!
Found you through Wardrobe Refashion, too…you’re definitely my new refashioning idol! Your style and mine are practically clones; I’ve been looking for a visual kindred spirit, so I’ve signed up for an email subscription. Looking forward to more posts!
Hi! I found your blog through the OPB sew-along flickr page.
I love the way you refashion your thrift finds, you’re an inspiration!
I love your blog! I’m going to try refashioning some of my old clothes. I just have one question, how do you handle fit? How do you get your clothes to fit so well?
